After ordering a Veggies Quesadilla from La Esquina, Upper East Side, NYC, I suffered from a sudden onset of vomiting, nausea, and a clear fever roughly around 4/5 hours after the fact. I was so bad off my boyfriend took me immediately to the ER for a much needed IV, and now I have a lovely $500 hospital bill (after insurance, gotta love america). I love this restaurant, but this is was a clear case of food-borne illness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
