Tonite. Less than 1 hour ago. Burrito I ordered a Burrito with Avocado, no meat. It was supposed to have just avocado, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. Instead it had lots of mushrooms, green peppers, onions, carrots and some weird vegetable mixture, rice, tomatoes, cheese and no sour cream, lettuce or the avocado that I actually ordered. But I ate it anyway because i was hungry. Half way through I got horrible stomach cramps, nausea and repeated diahrrea. It was so bad I barely made it to the bathroom. Within an hour I've had horrible diahrrea and stomach cramps so bad I'm thinking of going to the hospital. I went to bed and am hoping this doesn't get worse. I called the restaurant and told them, they said they'd tell the chef. I will be calling again tomorrow. My stomach is still growling. Never again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Diarrhea
