A few friends of mine went for drinks and appetizers for a girls night out last summer. I ordered a chicken Mexican Pizza who one friends ate with me and one friend did not. My friend who did not share this appetizer had no illness, but my friend who shared it with me immediately had vomiting and diahrrea that night. I felt bad for her and though it was something she was sick on her own until the next morning I woke up with horrible pains and had water hose diarrhea and nausea. I did not vomit like my friend but had violent diarrhea, stomach pain, and nausea. The symptoms were that of Salmonella or improper hygiene techniques. That was the worst illness we have ever had in our lives and although we joked about it, it was no joke and someone with a weaker immune system being elderly or a child would not have been as lucky. Symptoms lasted 9 507 days until we fully recovered back to normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
