Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: The marinated Chicken thighs tacos that l Made for my son for breakfast? The chicken was stinky/Sticky .....
Onset: other: Almost right after he finished his lunch.
Duration: other: Not sure, he does not speak much he is a very reserved person
Additional information: I got it on Oct 2/2023 about 5:45 pm when l left the store, and l made it for breakfast the 3rd by 9:am reported it on the same day Oct 3rd/2023 about 3:pm to the STORE MANAGER .. and went back to the store
on the same day Oct 3/2023 about 8:pm as a Courtesy for the Manager, but for my Surprise Assistant Manager and Cashier had a Rude Actitude to me, l think we as Regular COSTUMERS don't deserve this kind of treatment, after having a bad issue, NO Sr this is not Fear.better let the Autorities Inspect ALL they supposed to do, is their job. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
