Me and some friends ate here yesterday afternoon, and immediately got diarrhea. Its been 24 hours and have still continued with diarrhea and now vomiting with very sharp stomach pain. As well as the week before that same friend had the same symptoms after eating Mcdonalds.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

3 days ago my family had all purchased chicken sandwiches and nuggets from McDonald's, fortunately for my father he was the only one who didn't eat at the time and is the only one without symptoms of a stomach infection.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ate a steak cheese and egg bagel. It was the only thing I ate the whole day as I'm not a particularly hungry person, plus busy with some stuff.

had some tacos around july 2023 and have been sick since i ate something that was bad i some how got a bacteria that has grown in my stomach that makes me sick due to that food i ate.
