Ate a steak cheese and egg bagel. It was the only thing I ate the whole day as I'm not a particularly hungry person, plus busy with some stuff.I went for a mid day nap and woke up around 12 am feeling nauseous and feeling cold everywhere.
Ended up with a horrible 4 hour nausea and diarrhea
Never order a bagel from McDonalds
