Tamale & Lulo Juice Illness - La PUERTA de la CATEDRAL, Bogotá Bogotá

I had a tamale and jugo de lulo followed by half of the chocolate dessert. While I was eating the dessert I started to fell unwell. I had eaten the majority of my tamale and drank the majority of the drink when I had an urgent need to use the bathroom. I made it to my hotel with luck and had diarrhea for 6 hours. It is 9 hours later and I still have horrible stomach cramps and I am still nauseous. Very dehydrated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
