I have bought subway twice from Colombia, Antioquia Bello in Fabricato and it gives me a stomach ache 3 hours after eating the sandwich. Then 2 months later I gave it another chance and again I got a stomach ache. It is definitely the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
