This is the third time after eating from this place that has caused me a lot of stomach pain! Lots of cramps and upset stomach.
Only went there twice, but the first time I got the cookie dough special one… about ten minutes after eating I was... See More in pain. My bf got chocolate devotion. He saved some so the next day I had a the small amount left over from him, and same thing! I thought that was weird because no other ice cream makes my stomach like this. Then the other day we tried one last time, I even got a more plain one, banana ice cream with raspberry and coconut… but nope! EVEN WORSE this time! Had cramps and stomach pain for almost 2-3 hours, 10-20 minutes after eating it. No more them for me :/ | Symptoms: Cramps, Stomach Pain See Less

Always shop at this store. Bought their gourmet raspberry muffins, they have real raspberry filling. About 3 hours after eating, severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. I have set up camp in my bathroom. It was not refrigerated when I bought it, so didn’t refrigerate when I got home. It will be a long time before I eat another muffin. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less

On three separate occasions between 2022 & 2024 the Raspberry Sorbetto has had a strong flavor of fermentation. I bought each these from separate stores (Hy-Vee, Walgreens, CVS) all in Springfield. I never got sick because I immediately ceased eating it. I’ve bought and eaten this flavor... See More many times and I know it is NOT supposed to taste that way. It’s the clear taste of rotten fermented fruit. See Less

I order a grilled cheese and an iced peppermint mocha latte with almond milk and no whipped cream. When I pulled up to the window the worker handed me a hot drink not an iced one. I explained I wanted it iced and he seemed confused but... See More took the drink form me to make it right. Another worker came to the window and started talking to me and my friend, being friendly. They both seemed extremely confused and I know one of them is new. When I got my drink and asked for my sandwich the worker looked confused but eventually picked it up from the counter where it was laying next to the person behind me order. It was in a bag ( a small bag which made me take a second glance because I’ve been seen small bags like these). I got my food and drink at almost 5pm yesterday. Two hours later my stomach started to feel uncomfortable and my legs were slightly aching. Because of this, I told my friend we need to leave the store we were currently at. When we got back to my friends place it didn’t get any better. I went to bed at 12 and didn’t eat anything after the sandwich and drink. So it was the last thing I ate before I started feeling unwell. I woke up at 3:07 a.m. and I felt extremely unwell, the more I moved it got worse. I sat up to tell my friend I felt unwell and she suggested we go to the bathroom for peto. As soon as I stood up I gaged and I knew I was going to throw up so I ran to the bathroom and threw up over and over and over again. I felt better after but that was short lived. I had to throw up again. This time was different because my friends parents were awake so when I attempted to go throw up my friends dad was cleaning the toilet seat, I tried to wait but ultimately couldn’t so as he was he in the bathroom I brushed past him and threw up. At 6 in the morning I asked my friend to bring me an apple and raspberrys in hope to calm my stomach down. I was unable to go with her because I knew if I stood up I would throw up. After I ate a very little amount me and my friend decided it was best for her to drive me home in her car and leave mine at her house because it was too dangerous for me to drive ( I would of thrown up on myself). I stood up off the bed to collect my stuff and I started to throw up. I threw up in my friends new Santa bag and on her floor. All of my breakfast came right out. After doing the walk of shame out of her house I arrived at my house and decided to take a bath as I started to running the water, I had diarrhea in the bathtub. I spent the next few hours laying in my towel after getting out of the tub and I was so sick I was unable to put clothes on so I stayed in my towel. I started to have bad diarrhea and had to make trips to the bathroom frequently. I was concerned on having stuff come out of both ends at the same time but thankfully that didn’t happen. I would say I’m grateful for the diarrhea, but it made me feel worse not better so I wish I could of thrown up again to give me a few minutes of peace. I was in agony. I was extremely cold I had goosebumps all over my body so I pulled out my heating pad but that did little to ease my discomfort. I started to develop painful body aches on my ankles and hips, indicating I had a fever. It was low grade so, me being unable to get out of bed and go downstairs I had to suffer until my mom was able to bring me pain meds. I hope you take this matter seriously because I know you don’t want to be throwing up and having explosive diarrhea in the span of 5 hours. It’s brutal and a very dehumanizing experience. I am thankful for the medication I was able to keep down (unlike my breakfast). I will not be attending this store anymore. I can’t risk my health like that again.
