7 Hours after eating the nachos I woke up with stomach pain, vomiting and then diarrhea 5 hours later. Other family ate the taco meat and sour cream and they didn’t get sick so it had to have been, refied beans, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños or cheese sauce.
