Ordered a roast beef sandwich only. Cheese sauce or any other sauce. Approximately 6 hrs after eating I had stabbing pain in my stomach, no diarrhea, did vomit a few times. The stomach pain is awful and still am experiencing it 21 hrs later.

Had a medium roast beed and french fries. I was throwing up withing an hour, and my boyfriend was sick within two. The nausea hit within 45 minutes and quickly escalated to dizzy and vommiting. Cant say i will be eating arbys again.
