Yesterday Wetzel pretzel pizza bites and pizza sauce I'm pretty sure it was the pizza sauce because it tasted tangy and kind of rancid, but I ate it anyways I thought it was just supposed to be tangy  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
