About 12 hours after dinner there my husband started vomiting and diarrhea for four hours straight. Still in bed and very ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Wow..my wife and I have been through the same experience. We ate at Rustica on Friday the 19th, I had Caesar salad, chicken and pesto pasta, my wife had beet salad and chicken. About 10 hours later, I got violently ill, vomiting and diarrhea completely out of control. Never recovered for the rest of the trip. My wife got hit Saturday, violently ill. We have not recovered, I’m on antibiotics, neither of us are close to being back to normal. Food is still a challenge right now. We’ve visited sayulita many times, this has never happened before. We’re usually careful about our diet. I’ve lost 10 pounds in a week.
