Ceviche Illness: Severe Symptoms

Very very ill with watery diarrhea, uncontrollably vomiting and stomach cramps. Ate there 24 hours before illness. Haven’t left resort in Punta Mita except a day trip to Sayulita. Think it was the ceviche on the tostadas given who ate what and who got sick

About 12 hours after dinner there my husband started vomiting and diarrhea for four hours straight. Still in bed and very ill.
