I went to the La Tolteca in Wilkes Barre, PA. I had gotten the carnitas tacos and at the time they were very good, but about 5 hours later I started experiencing dizziness, nausea and stomach cramps. On my way home from WB, I started throwing up violently. I know it was from there because they were the only place I'd gotten food from that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
