Did not have any food 8/9 in the a.m. went out and got a spicy chicken meal and 3piece chicken strips.

Few hours later..stomach cramps, nausea..then violent vomiting bursting some blood vessels too ;( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
