Have not been out of the house in a week. Went to there had quinoa burger, within 12 hours I was having nausea and abdo pains. At 18 hrs I started having severe diarrhoea, very high volume. Relentless. My blood tests at pcp showed I was even in kidney failure from so much fluid being lost. It’s day 3 now, diarrhoea is slowing but abdo pain still present. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
