Undercooked Chicken at 1-Star - Le Jardin des Plumes, Giverny Normandie

On Sunday September 22nd my wife and I ate at this restaurant. My wife discovered her chicken was undercooked and reported it. She was informed it was cooked to 50 degrees although it appeared raw. A new piece was cooked properly and delivered. I was not so lucky. Extremely ill 2 hours later and when we reported it in the morning all they could say was sorry. No offer to comp the dinner or investigate what happened. If this was a food stand I could see the response but a One Star?? Unreal attitude!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
