i was only for 3 days on vacation in London and sent after eating at that place some breakfast the first day the next 2 days in the hotel room with massive bloody diarrhea, chills, headache, fever! thank god, my body was able to get rid of whatever toxines this were after those two days and i m getting better now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fever, Chills
