Cottage pie. Our son got sick after eating the cottage pie, No one else got sick. Oh, we're certain. It was the cottage pie since that was the only thing he ate that the rest of us did not. He started noticing symptoms about 4 hours afterwards. The symptoms included vomiting and diarrhoea followed by fever | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
