Ate a Baked Chicken Lean Cuisine at 1:00 pm. Almost immediately I had severe heartburn followed by nausea and diarrhea. Drank a lot of water trying to push through it. By 7:00 pm I was dry heaving. Did not eat dinner. Today at 6:45 am threw up. Continued diarrhea and nausea. Symptoms have not improved. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn
