Had a salmon hoisin on Sunday, November 10 at 4 pm. There wad an off smell to the dish and the salmon was super slimy. I ate about 30% of the dish before really getting put off by it. My baby started having a meltdown so we left quickly before discussing it with the server. I felt nauseous and had a stomachache at 9:00 pm, woke up at 4 AM and projectile vomited. It’s 10 AM now and I have already vomited (>3 times), diarrhea, and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain
