Lettuce I believe this was caused by some lettuce that I ate on Monday. I started feeling sick about three hours later, vomited about five hours after I ate it. And I am still having diarrhea two days later. Although I'm not sure if it was that or a stomach bug that's going around at my sons daycare, to be clear. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
