Lettuce Causes Repeated Illness - Walmart, Arizona

In August and September of 2023 In August from From Walmart romaine lettuce sold from Bonipak Fresh and Easy romaine lettuce three pack And again in September of 2023 from Walmart Greenleaf lettuce sold by Bonipak I am positive it was lettuce from this company because I ate only the lettuce itself three times and every time I got sick with the same symptoms. I got two separate deliveries from Walmart for lettuce from Bonipak. One was from Walmart at 16th avenue and Bethany Home road in Phoenix Arizona and the other bag was from Walmart on stapley and baseline in Mesa Arizona both Bonipak. The second was Greenleaf lettuce.
I got them both through the home delivery program | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
