Cheese salads from here have given me the runs before, but I could never pin it down till today.

Eat a cheese salad today at approx 3pm ... and had to call a ambulance at approx 6pm due to - projectile vomiting & explosive diarrhea at the same time :/ ... Also caused me to talk so much nonsense to the paramedics & nearly pass out due to overheating that they gave me a on the spot ECG due to my breathing and kindly stuck around until I regained my thoughts before giving extra advices

4 hrs later with prob 20% of body fluids left ... back to normal? Paramedics advised that the symptoms were similar to covid19 - will do a LTflow test tomoz n if negative ... Will be paying them a visit with the packaging to advise / complain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
