Chocolate swiss roll gave my two younger boys foor poisoning. We know it was this as it was the one thing they both ate that was different to everyone else. And plus u could see it when it was brought up | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
