Purchased chicken arrabiata pasta ready meal from Lidl Banbury on Sunday 13th July. On Wednesday 16th July I was struck down with illness resulting in A&E on Saturday 19th. Tests done and confirmed today as Campylobacter virus within the chicken ..this was the only different meal I ate to my family that week so clearly it was this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
