Report by
Crushed Peppers Causing Illness - LIDL, Jonesboro Georgia

I’ve been sick, off & on, for the last several months. This disposition is [ highly ] unusual — as I get ill, maybe, once every five to six years ( again, maybe ).
When I do get sick, those close to me appear, very, concerned ; as most people have never seen me under the weather, before.
I’ve been, meticulously, surveying and evaluating my, most recent, diet intake.
I’ve, finally, figured out the culprit :
Lidl’s brand of 1.06 oz Crushed Red Peppers.
I’m not in the business of good ole fashioned American suing - nor am I interested in throwing people under the bus ( if I were, I’d be wealthy [ based upon my past experiences ] ).
Rather ; I’m here to express awareness. ‘Simple as that.
I can air-fry, let say, a plate of fries ; and devour them, with nary a problem.
Hours later, I can do the [ exact ] thing — except, this time, with the Lidl Crushed Peppers :
Within 2 - 3 hours, my system is [ violently ] vomiting the mix ( ‘til dry heaving ) : furiously attempting to purge itself.
My background :
Retired U.S. Army Infantry
ex-Police Officer
ex-Firefighter / EMT
I add this because : I’ve seen and experienced a bit — and have eaten, a lot, more ( across this country and across the globe ).
[ Never ] has my system reacted to a substance, in such a way, as it did to these peppers.
Lidl [ should ] conduct a, serious Colombo-esque, investigation.
‘ Best of luck. | Symptoms: Vomiting
