I think it was runny honey from here I am immunosupressed and only had a bowl of fruit (blueberries, apple,banana,tangerine all washed) with highgate fayre runny honey then about in 30 minutes I started having severe diarrhoea, dizziness and extreme fatigue | Symptoms: Dizziness, Fatigue, Diarrhea
