- comments: observed no outside garbage facilites provided. Daycare was license with dumpster from republic services. Instructed to provide outside garbage dumpster. Priority foundation issued 7-38-020(b).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed storage area in mop sink room and washroom not being used with unnecessary items not maintained,(paint cans and tools,etc) stored on floor. Instructed to organize all storage and properly store to prevent any pest harborage areas.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed ventilation above stove not working. Must repair.
