My two kids and I only ate pizza during the super bowl, I was sick all night thinking it was just heartburn, but the next day I had to give my kids two baths during the day because they had so much diarrhea and vomiting, I have also diarrhea and chills, suppressed my vomiting with pepto all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Heartburn
