Pizza Leads to ER Visit - Little Caesars,

My brother in law and I both had little Caesar pizza, breadsticks and salsa. The next day we had to vomit multiple times and constant diarrhea. He had to go to the ER due to dehydration caused by the symptoms I luckily kept myself hydrates enough to manage the symptoms this was the weekend after Christmas 2015 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
