Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: I was fine all day until I ate some of pizza .After 2 hours I began to feel bad I had a stomach ache really bad and all I’d puke was the food .I haven’t Aden anything since the pizza .
Onset: 2-4 hours
Duration: For about 5 hours my symptoms were bad now they’re less painful but still ongoing .
Sick: Just me I think not sure . | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Headache
