Got a pizza day before yesterday with some crazy bead, proceeded to gain food poisoning, I cramped up terribly, had diarrhea, and was throwing up. Had to go to the ER to quell the nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
