Little Caesars on Division Street on October 9th, 2025. Purchased 2 pepperoni pizzas one regular and one deep dish and 2 regular breadsticks for family to eat. Within 24 hours half the family was sick. By the next day the other half was sick. 6 adults and 4 children all with vomiting and diarrhea. After 3 days were still all feeling ill with 2 still having vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
