Pepperoni Pizza Illness Outbreak - Little Caesars Pizza, Patterson California

Husband, son and I ate pepperoni pizza. My son ate it without the cheese and pepperoni, but husband and I ate it all, and he got the worse of it, violent throwing up, stomach cramps, chills and diarrhea. I have stomach cramps, nausea and bad diarrhea. So far son hasn’t said anything and his stool has been fine and his appetite. This sucks lol | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
