Same story as above, I got super sick vomiting and diarrhea. Wife had stomach cramps and bad diarrhea and we did the exact same by taking off the cheese and pepperoni for our younger son. Never going to little caesars again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

At around 830 pm i went to mcdonalds and ordered a fish filet, and a large fry. I felt sick the rest of the night. At 2 am i started throwing up. It is now 6:07 am. I have not slept i have been throwing up for 4 hours straight.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
