Large hot and ready pepperoni pizza, a total of 7 slices pieces from 6:00 pm - 1:00 am eating the last two slices around 1:00 am right before falling asleep on woke up at around 6:30am that morning with severe stomach pain and nausea, weakness. Made it to bathroom only to vomit repeatedly and collapse on floor for 2 hours unable to move or lift myself. Then diarrhea afterward made it to bedroom with severe cramps and fever / chills headache/ never felt so close to death. Fever and chills headache severe fatigue unable to stay awake until next day at 9:00 am after full 24 hours in agony.
