Didn’t eat for the rest of the day in fear that I’d vomit it up.Developed a fever maybe 5 hours after eating .Drank a lot of water and slept very poorly after, woke up and immediately had diahreaha, a headache, persistent fever and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
