Wednesday, June 7th my sister and I (both in our 70's), took home a pepperoni pizza from here for lunch. I had 2 slices and so did she. That evening I ate 2 more for dinner but my sister didn't. That night I had diarrhea and vomiting all night long. I spoke to my sister the next morning and she had been sick as well. No more this pizza for me ever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
