Chicken Wrap Causes Illness - In-N-Out, Livingston Scotland

I had ordered a fully loaded wrap on its own at around 8:30pm. I didn’t notice that anything was wrong at the time while eating. At around 10pm I began to get stomach pains, which then developed into constantly needing to go to the bathroom during the night. At around 4am I began to vomit, I noticed that the only thing that I did vomit was pieces of the wrap, I noticed that some bits of the chicken had a slight pink tone to them. I’m not sure if it was the chicken or the leaf lettuce that has caused this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
