On January 2nd, 2024, I arrived at Grand Summit ski resort and dined at their restaurant, CAMP, where I had Lobster Chowder that night. Symptoms began around 5 AM the following morning. It was the most unwell I've ever felt. I couldn't leave my room, let alone ski. I was unable to keep any liquids down for over 24 hours and experienced severe muscle pains. It was a dreadful experience; I considered going to the hospital, but I was vomiting every 30 minutes for 12 hours—I doubted I could have made it. I sincerely hope no one else suffers through this.
