Had the surf and turf for lunch and started feeling a bit off. Come evening time I was suffering with extreme nausea, sickness/vomiting and diarrhoea. There are no other high risk foods within 24hr I had eaten prior to this and the contents of this meal was still visible in my vomit so I have pinpointed the cause to the lobster eaten during this meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
