Maybe flat bread I was about to gave my diñee. Earlier in the afternoo i ate a slice of flatbread. I was hungr, started to have dinner.. i had one bite then suddenky I totally lost my apetite. I started feeling tingling in both my kand, shirtage of breath. I went to lie down, but it was getting worse. My hands went numb. I got diarrea then, went twice ro the bathroom. Lied diwn agan then felt very cold. After about an hour I fell asleep and woke up 6 hors later, abot 5AM. I fell better now. It happened About 6-7 hours ago | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite
