Cockroach infestation. An inspector visited in response to a complaint that someone saw customers kill a roach in the dining room. Management told the inspector they were aware of the issue and pest control had been out earlier that day as well as a week earlier. The inspector saw two live juvenile roaches in the servers area, two live and two dying roaches under the dishwasher and two dead roaches in other locations.
