Mushroom Reaction, Not MSG - Longhorn Steakhouse, Brooksville Florida

The whole experience was fantastic until it wasn't. I had the flows filet mignon medium cooked. I had the stuffed mushrooms. Salad. And broccoli with my dinner. The churning in my stomach started after I ate the stuffed mushrooms. So I only ate half of them. My steak came out and taste of superb.
Within 10 minutes I was in their bathroom having horrible diarrhea. They were symptoms of like MSG.
I then had a 45 minute drive home and had to stop four times. I am now home and I'm still go in the bathroom.
I asked my waitress if they were using MSG and she said they weren't. She said many people ask her though.
I don't know what this is, but I am miserable. Headache, diarrhea, bloating, and nausea, along with my stomach is still churning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Bloating
