After eating at Longhorn Wednesday evening I woke on Thursday with bad stomach cramps and by lunchtime I was vomiting and had the chills as well. I am still feeling some cramps and am nauseous on Friday. I had Caesar salad and spinach dip. The rest of my party is not sick and they also ate the dip so I suspect it was the Caesar salad.Update: It's been 2 weeks and I now have PI-IBS ....I didn't know food poisoning could cause this. I have lower abdominal cramps all day long along with other bowel issues. I'm praying this will go away before my dream vacation cruise to Alaska mid May but I guess it can even last for years. I will never eat another Caesar salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
