Ordered Parm. Crusted chicken + Brussel sprouts + salad. Stomach cramps a few hours after followed by vomiting and blow out diarrhea. Fever started to spike at around 101. Still having diarrhea two days later. Not sure what it was from the food, but was fine prior. Definitely think it's food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps
