Take out order around 7 o’clock on Monday, August 27, 2018 ; parmesan crusted chicken from the menu . It was served with asparagus. I thought I was having definite symptoms of heart attack. My body temperature dropped to 95.4 while my blood pressure registered 122/75; all of this hit me about 3 o’clock the following morning when I woke up in a pretty good sweat around my head, neck, and shoulders, and my hands began to get very clammy so my wife and I got dressed in preparing to go to the hospital. Had very woozy and nauseous feelings and eventually had a good bowel movement but the terrible soundd kept coming from my stomach area which allowed me to set up in a rocking chair for at least 30 minutes when I began feeling a bit better. Spoke with a health provider and began feeling a bit better. Never really vomited, but but felt like it would happen any second. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
