We recently returned from Lopesan. our family of 4 got sick during our stay there. My youngest got hit the hardest. Was transferred to local hospital for IV and we have to cut our trip short. After coming back to the US, we visited ER 2 times then ended up getting hospitalized, a series series of lab works have been done. It is finally confirmed salmonella infection! My kid was hit with severe vomitting, dangerous bloody and watery diarrhea, recurrent fever. It has been a nightmare and heartbreaking to see a 2 years old suffering all of this. Financially it has cost us a fortune for medical treatment. Honestly it is not fair at all for them to charge with such price but offer the poisonous and poor handled foods. How can such place still stay open and how can the guests who suffered from their poor food handling get fair reimbursement? This place’s PR management has no mercy and not running business with any empathy! They denied all complaints and reject all reimbursements request or refund request! Not acceptable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I was there three years ago and was the sickest I’ve been in my entire life. They didn’t care at all either. Ps I didn’t drink too much alcohol or sun. That’s their go to response
